large wasps in minnesota

Would spraying after they leave kill off the nest??? I have seen these in my veg garden for 3 years now.  We are in the NW Suburbs of Mpls.   I don't want them here, however, they are serving a great purpose for my veggies.  How would I find their nest and destroy it w/out chemicals? 2 busy pollinating oregano, never seen them before, seem to be sharing nicely with honeys and bumbles, Location: White Bear Lake, Mn in Ramsey county.
